Exchange and Complaint
We want every order to feel perfect. If something is not right, we will fix it quickly.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product on Arrival

  • If your item arrives broken, leaking, or physically damaged.
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear unboxing video and photos.

2. Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be returned in eligible condition.

3. Missing Item in Order

  • If any item from your confirmed order is missing.
  • Unboxing video required.

Note

We offer exchange or store credit where applicable. Refunds are only provided if a replacement is unavailable.

Approval & Contact

Conditions for Exchange Approval

  • Product is in original packaging.
  • A small number of sprays to evaluate the fragrance is acceptable. If used beyond a few sprays, it will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Box, cap, and accessories are intact.
  • Claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Valid proof (photos/video) is provided.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • We do not offer exchange for change of mind after purchase.
  • We do not offer exchange for personal dislike of the fragrance smell.
  • We do not offer exchange for slight packaging differences.
  • We do not offer exchange for orders placed with incorrect address/details by the customer.

Packaging Damage Compensation

  • If the outer packaging box is damaged during delivery, but the perfume bottle and product inside remain safe and functional, the order will not qualify for exchange.
  • In such cases, we may offer a goodwill compensation of PKR 50 to PKR 100 as a discount voucher or adjustment, depending on the level of damage.
